How to Make Healthy Body&mind Bedtime Drink

Supplies

  • 1 lemon
  • Hot water
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Cinnamon
  • Optional: straw
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Boil a cup of hot water, or just heat it in the microwave or a keurig brewer!

    Step 2

    Squeeze lemon into hot water and get out the fibrous pulp for extra nutrition!

    Step 3

    Get out lemon cayenne and cinnamon

    Step 4

    Add cinnamon

    Step 5

    Add cayenne pepper

    Step 6

    Stir together with straw! Also drinking through straw will prevent the lemon from damaging teeth enamel! Enjoy 😃

    TIP: also it's very helpful to have in the morning an hour or so before breakfast if you are suffering from any digestive issues 👍
