How to Make Healthy Blueberry Cookies

These Blueberry Cookies are healthy and tasty. Calories: 252 Kcal Fat: 9g Carbs: 39g Protein: 4.2g Cholesterol: 52mg Sodium: 152mg Vitamins: 305 These cookies are made by starting off by sifting flour, baking powder, and Salt. Then, the butter is creamed with sugar, eggs are beaten in and some lemon extract is added. Milk and The Flour Mixture is added (the milk is first) alternatively in three parts. Fresh blueberries are then added. The batter is then placed on a cooking pan and baked at 375 degrees Farheinheight for 12-15 minutes. The cookies are then left to cool down for 3-4 minutes and can be enjoyed!

  • 2 ½ Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • ½ Cups Butter
  • ½ Cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs (Beaten)
  • 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries

    Cream Butter With Sugar, Beat In Eggs & Lemon Extract/Flavoring. All In A Large Bowl

    Mix In Milk & The Pre-Made Flour Mixture. Then Gently Mix In Blueberries

    Drop Tablespoon Sizes Of Batter Onto Non-Stick Baking Pan/Sheet.

    Remember To Space Each Cookie Out!

    Bake The Cookies On Convection Heat For 12-15 Minutes
