How to Make Healthy Banana Pops

Fun and simple to make, delicious to eat!

Supplies

  • ½ Cups Coconut oil
  • ½ Cups Dark chocolate
  • Whole frozen bananas
  • Popsicle sticks or straws
  • Sprinkles
  • Shredded coconut
  • Assorted nuts/dried fruit
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    First cut your dark chocolate into pieces

    Step 2

    Add equal parts of chocolate and coconut oil in a hot water bath

    Step 3

    Stir often until melted

    Step 4

    Cut frozen bananas in half and put onto Popsicle sticks or thick plastic straws

    Step 5

    Dip and coat the banana in the chocolate

    Step 6

    Optional: Add colored sprinkles

    Step 7

    Sprinkle on your favorite dried fruit or nuts

    Step 8

    Let it set in the freezer and enjoy!
