How to Make Healthy Apple and Cinnamon Muffins

  • 1 Cup Processed oats
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Canderel/stevia
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Green Apples (chopped)
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 Cup Soy milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Fry light (butter) for the dough
  • Fry light (butter) for the tray
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Ingredients, oats (processed), apples, egg, soy milk, Canderell, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, fry light, baking powder

    Step 2

    Muffin tray, cups, tablespoon, teaspoon, mandoline, chopping board, chopping knife, bowl, whisk or fork

    Step 3

    Put oven on 200 degrees celcius

    Step 4

    Put all ingredients in a bowl

    Step 5

    Blend with whisk until it looks something like this

    Step 6

    Spray a baking tray with fry light

    Step 7

    Pour the mix in the Muffin tray (use a spoon or a ladle)

    Step 8

    Heat for 12-15 mins or until golden like this

    Step 9

    Take the muffins out of the tray and enjoy😋
