Ingredients: sweet potato, olive oil, sea salt.
Tools: bowl, knife, chopping board, mandoline/grater with mandoline, baking tray, baking paper.
Slice the sweet potato with the mandoline (cut in half first to make it easier). Add olive oil and salt. Toss or use your hands/a spoon to coat the potato sticks evenly.
Divide the sticks on the baking tray. Heat on 200 degrees celcius for 20-30 mins. Be sure to keep an eye on them so they don't burn and flip halfway through.
