How to Make Healthy and Delicious Banana Bread

Supplies

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking soda
  • ¼ Teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ Cups Butter
  • ⅛ Cups Nonfat plain yogurt
  • ¾ Cups Unsweetened applesauce or brown sugar
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 ⅓ Cups Mashed bananas
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

    Step 2

    Gather your ingredients and of course the bananas. I used whole wheat flour but you can use your favorite.

    Step 3

    Mix flour with baking soda and salt.

    Step 4

    Beat butter, yogurt, and brown sugar or unsweetened applesauce with an electric mixer.

    Step 5

    Add the eggs slowly.

    Step 6

    Then stir it with the mashed bananas.

    Step 7

    Pour banana mixture to flour mixture; stir just to moisten.

    Step 8

    Transfer batter into prepared loaf pan or use wax paper like me.

    Step 9

    Leave it in the oven for about 50 minutes. Now I have time to clean up the mess or my mom kills me.😁

    Step 10

    You can add raisins, chocolate chips, cinnamon or whatever you like. I leave it that way because I have a picky family.😏
