Gather all your ingredients
Cut the top and bottom of green banana and slice the skin down the middle
Cut you plantain in1/4, and you potatoes in halves. Put in pot to boil with a little salt.
For the dumplings you put 2 cups of plain flour, I season mine with a pinch of salt and pinch of all spice
Add water bit by bit as your mixing it. The mixture should be firm, knead it up until it is not sticking to your hands, adjust water and flour as you need
Once you got it right it should look like this.
Cut up the ball into small golf size balls, tool them in your hands and slightly press them to flatten.
Once everything started boiling, add your dumplings and let it cook for 6/10 minutes.
Once cooked your dumplings will float. Drain and remove the skin from green banana and plantain
And there you go. Hard food goes perfectly well with ackee and salt fish.
