Prepare the ingredients, for Muslim make sure all the ingredients have the halal logo to make a halal sushi. No mirin here(it's an alcohol) - p.s: the oat krunch biscuit is not needed here lol
Cook the sushi rice according to the instruction on the package- i use SUMO rice.. Sprinkle the sushi seasoning all over the cooked rice and let it cool
Form the rice into small oval. Tip - wet your hand to handle the rice
I was hungry & didn't wait for the rice to cool ;P
Using a clean scissors, cut the nori (seaweed) like this
Roll the nori around the rice balls and use a lil bit of rice to stick the end. Put it aside
Now the kani mayo - Boil water and put the crab sticks in the boiled water for a couple of minutes. I simply put the crab sticks in a boiled water & cover the container for a while
Chop the crab as small as you wish
Ok, i'm lazy & hungry
Put the mayo as much as you wish
Kani mayo - done!
Put the kani mayo on the sushi & EAT!!
I make some tuna mayo also (just put the canned tuna mayonnaise on top of the sushi)
