This pulled pork just melts in the mouth. I've served it here on my Spitfire Ale rolls, and mixed in my barbecue sauce. It didn't last long!!

Served here on my Spitfire Ale bread rolls (see my guides for the recipe).     I also reduced the cooking liquid and added a little sugar to it. It made an amazing gravy!   Enjoy!
