How to Make Guacamole and Chips

This is how to make Guacamole and tortilla chips. Enjoy! (:

Supplies

  • 2 Avocado
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Green Onion
  • 1 Minced Jalapeno
  • 2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Cilantro
  • Dash Grated Black Pepper
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Cut 2 avocados in half

    Step 2

    Remove seed and score the inside of the avocado with a knife

    Step 3

    Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and add to a medium bowl.

    Step 4

    Mash avocado with a fork (should be a little chunky)

    Step 5

    Add 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt to the bowl of mashed avocados

    Step 6

    Add 1 tablespoon of lemon (or lime) juice to the bowl. Mix avocados, salt, and lemon juice together.

    Step 7

    Add 2 tablespoons of finely chopped cilantro to the bowl.

    Step 8

    Add a dash of grated black pepper to the bowl.

    Step 9

    Mince green onion.

    Step 10

    Measure 2 tablespoons of minced green onion.

    Step 11

    Add onion and mix all together again.

    Step 12

    Mince jalapeno

    Step 13

    Add jalapeno to the bowl.

    Step 14

    Chop 1/2 of a tomato

    Step 15

    Mix all ingredients together and you're done with the guacamole!

    Step 16

    Cut medium sized tortillas into equal sections with a pizza cutter.

    Step 17

    Put on cookie sheet (can be over lapping a little bit). Salt if desired.

    Step 18

    Bake in 400 degree oven on each side for 6 minutes.
