How to Make Ground Cardamom (Easy Peasy)

Cardamom is as versatile as vanilla and is extremely easy to prep small quantities.


Step 1

Green cardamom pods are the most aromatic. White pods are bleached and less flavorful.

Step 2

Squeeze the pods and remove the seeds.

Step 3

Using a wine bottle or a rolling pin, crush the seeds on a hard surface until finely ground.

Step 4
