Ingredients: summer squash, lemon, tofu cheese, red onion, olive oil, rosemary, salt
Tools: skewer-sticks, grill forms, knife, chopping board
Grater, bowl, spoon
Chop all veg. Blend chopped herbs with 1/2 lemon juice and 1/2 lemon zest.
Put on grill forms
Grill on medium-high heat until grillmarks appear and veg is cooked through.
