But If you wish to cook it with sea salt mould; then Prepare the 1 kg coarse salt with 3 egg whites. mix until you have a cement consistency
Put a layer on the tray then cover well with the rest of the salt mix
Cook 30-40 mins as well in a preheated oven 220C. Here the temp should b higher. The fish is sealed with the salt mix

It looks like tabouleh
The cooked fish cleaned from the skin and the bones. Keep the head and the tail.
Mix with the uncooked relish. And in a serving dish that can b used in the oven or in the microwave, reconstitute the shape of the fish. Heat for 2 mins in the microwave and serve warm .
Garnish with more pine seeds, fresh leaves of parsley and coriander. You can add few olives
