How to Make Greek Yogurt Chicken Thighs

Supplies

  • 2 Chicken thighs
  • 1 Cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried parsley
  • 2 Teaspoons Sugar
  • ½ Teaspoons Lemon zest
  • Chili flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 2 Teaspoons Bell pepper, finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Yogurt, olive oil, cumin, oregano, lemon zest, sugar, salt

    Step 2

    Parsley. Fresh parsley can be used instead too..

    Step 3

    Mix to make the yogurt marinade

    Step 4

    Wipe the chicken with paper towels and poke using a knife/fork.

    Step 5

    Cover with the marinade.

    Step 6

    Add your cut potatoes.

    Step 7

    Cover the potatoes with the yogurt. Sprinkle with finely chopped bell pepper. Refrigerate for a couple hours, if you have time.

    Step 8

    Bake at 350F for about 45 mins.
