4 cups of large flake oats. Do not use instant or quick oats.
1 cup of oat bran.
1.5 cups shredded coconut
1 cup of chopped almonds and 1 cup chopped walnuts. Leave big chunks.
0.5 cups of honey
0.5 cups of oil. I would normally use canola oil but ran out of it.
Put on a baking pan. 300f oven. Mix regularly until you get a golden color.
Great granola! You can add dried cranberries or dates. Put some on Greek yogurt !
