Here are the supplies you'll need
Pre heat The espresso machine and run it for about one minute without any grounds. We need to build up pressure in the espresso machine so we can have constant pressure while pulling the shot.
Grind beans into portafilter
Tamp the grounds into the portafilter using the premium tamper from the minimal duck.
Pull the shot...a good shot should take about 23 seconds from the time you see the first drop of coffee drip out.
