How to Make Gluten Free Protein Pancakes

Supplies

  • 1 c organic cottage cheese
  • 1 c gluten free dry oats
  • 5 eggs or 6 egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Water as needed for thinner pancakes

    Ingredients

    Step 2

    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend

    Step 3

    Pan fry individual pancakes in preheated pan with organic coconut oil. Add water to the batter if thinner pancakes are desired.
