How to Make Giant Pork Belly Sandwiches

Supplies

  • Pork belly
  • Onion
  • Red, green, orange pepper
  • Tomato
  • BBQ sauce
  • Reggae reggae jerk sauce
  • 1 Splash of coca cola
  • 2 Naan bread
  • Jack Daniels honey whiskey
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Making a marinade. Mix BBQ sauce, with the reggae reggae jerk sauce, Jack Daniels honey, and a tiny bit of coca cola. If you want spice add a bit of Tabasco or chilli sauce.

    Step 2

    Slice the pork belly and cover in the marinade.

    Step 3

    After leaving for about half an hour to settle in the marinade, put the pork into the oven for about an hour and a half.

    Step 4

    Chop up all the vegetables while the pork is cooking, stupid faces are optional.

    Step 5

    We sliced the fat off the pork belly and then cut it into cubes, but I think it would have worked better if we left it in slices.

    Step 6

    Place everything onto plates and serve into your naan bread with other sauces or leftover marinade if there is any.
