How to Make Garlic Crab

A fairly easy dish to prepare, and well worth the effort.

Supplies

  • 10 Crab legs
  • 1 Whole bulb of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Small onion, chopped
  • 1 Cup Butter, softened
  • ½ Teaspoons Salt
  • ½ Teaspoons Garlic powder
  • ¼ Teaspoons Red chile pepper flakes
  • ¼ Teaspoons Black Pepper
  • Lemon Slices
  • Chopped parsley

    Things you'll need.

    Chop your garlic.

    Step 3

    Looks like this when you're finished.

    Step 4

    Chop your onion.

    Step 5

    Set aside with the garlic.

    Step 6

    Combine it in a roasting pan with your pepper...

    Step 7

    Add pepper flakes.

    Step 8

    Garlic powder.

    Step 9

    Salt.

    Step 10

    And softened butter. Place in a 450 degree oven and brown.

    Step 11

    Rinse and crack your crab legs.

    Step 12

    Ready to go.

    When onions and garlic are brown, remove from oven and add the crab.

    Mix and coat your crab legs.

    Step 16

    Place back in 475 degree oven for about 20 mins. Turning the legs about every 5 mins.

    Step 17

    Garlic sauce should be brazed into the Crab shell.

    Step 18

    Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon slices. Enjoy!
