Add to a food processor and gently pulse the machine until the mixture is a good consistency for rolling into balls.

Mix in the breadcrumbs then let it cool off a bit before you add the egg. I covered mine and let it chill in the fridge for about 15 minutes. Have an extra 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs to roll the balls in.
