How to Make Fudge

Chocolate peanut butter fudge.

Supplies

  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • ¾ Cups Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Herseys cocoa
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 18 Ounces Peanut butter
  • 13 Ounces Marshmallow fluff
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • Medium saucepan
  • 8x8 greased baking pan
  • Parchment paper
  • Candy thermometer (optional)
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Measure all dry ingredients. 2 cups of sugar. 3 or 4 tbsp of Hershey's cocoa.

    Step 2

    Measure all wet ingredients. 3/4 cup of milk. 3 tbsp of butter.

    Step 3

    Mix sugar and cocoa.

    Step 4

    Add milk to sugar and cocoa and mix.

    Step 5

    Add butter to the milk, sugar and cocoa and mix.

    Step 6

    Put mix into saucepan and bring to a boil.

    Step 7

    Boil until soft stage, 5 minutes or 252°F.

    Step 8

    Remove from heat and add marshmallow, peanut butter and vanilla immediately.

    Step 9

    Still together quickly

    Step 10

    Pour into greased pan with parchment paper.

    Step 11

    Let sit till cool.
