How to Make Fruit Smoothies

Supplies

  • 1 orange
  • 1 apple
  • 7 Strawberries
  • 1/4 blueberries
  • 1cup of orange juice
  • 1cup of ice
  • 3 tbsp of vanilla yogurt
  • 1tbsp of honey
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Wipe your area clean where your working. Your ingredients cut clean and fresh

    Step 2

    Start with soft fruit apples, orange, strawberries and blueberries

    Step 3

    Next add 3 tbsp of vanilla yogurt and 1 tbsp of honey

    Step 4

    Add 1 cup of ice and one cup of orange juice

    Step 5

    I start with the mixture of a low speed grind to blend the fruit and ice for 45 seconds. Stop! mix it up once again with a spoon, now at a higher speed for 10 seconds.

    Step 6

    Yummy! A nice way to gather all your vitamins
