Spray nonstick on the egg pan.
Crack eggs into each well.
Preheat CTP oven to 575F (302C).
Season eggs and load into the oven.
Convection mode 550F (288C) for 3 minutes with 60% fan.
Pull eggs from the oven.
Remove from the hot pan immediately (to prevent further cooking).
Place onto a toasted english muffin with cheese for a classic breakfast sandwich!
