Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces as shown.
Marinate the chicken with Smoked Paprika, Ground Turmeric, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Lemon Juice and Salt for about 2 hours.
Heat Ghee in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the chicken. Cover and adjust the heat as necessary until the meat is tender. On medium heat, should take about 30 minutes or so.
