How to Make Fridge Oats

You can make subs, not sure how it will taste. Fresh or frozen fruit is fine. Supply list has amounts.


  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 1/2 t chia seeds
  • 2 t honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 c blueberries
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Step 2

    Add oats

    Step 3

    Add milk

    Step 4

    Add yogurt

    Step 5

    Add Chia Seeds

    Step 6

    Add honey or maple syrup

    Step 7

    Add blueberries

    Step 8

    Step 9

    Add lid and shake

    Step 10

    Store in fridge. I make enough for five days. I do not know if it would be "good" longer than that.

    Step 11

    The next day open and add to bowl or eat out of jar

    Eat it cold...yum
