How to Make Fresh Noodle and Vegetable Rolls

  • 80 Grams Vermicelli Noodle.
  • 1 Carrot, grated coarsely.
  • 1 Medium Cucumber, deseeded and finely sliced.
  • 1 Medium Red Capsicum, Finely Sliced.
  • ¼ Small Chinese cabbage, finely shredded.
  • ½ Cups Coriander leaves
  • ½ Cups Mint leaves, whole
  • 12 Centimeters Rice paper wrappers
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Soak noodles in boiling water for five minutes, stir to seperate strands, then drain.

    Step 2

    Using scissors cut noodles into shorter lengths.

    Step 3

    Finely slice capsicum and cucumber.

    Step 4

    Finely shred the cabbage and coarsely grate the carrot.

    Step 5

    Add mint and coriander leaves.

    Step 6

    Mix all the ingredients together.

    Step 7

    Place mixture on rice paper.

    Step 8

    Roll up into a desired shape.
