How to Make French Roasted Chicken

  • 1 Chicken
  • Rozmarin
  • Thyme
  • 3 Bunches Lemon
  • 4 Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Bunch Spinach
  • 5 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Hazelnut oil
  • ½ Cups Chicken broth
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Large bowl

    Step 2

    Rozmarin

    Step 3

    Thyme

    Step 4

    Crush 4 garlics (leave the shell)

    Step 5

    Squeeze 3 lemons to bowll (throw them inside bowl)

    Step 6

    Step 7

    Paper

    Step 8

    Salt

    Step 9

    Chop up 1 onion to an oven tray

    Step 10

    Fill up the chicken

    Step 11

    Let the chicken soak for 10 minutes

    Place on oven tray

    Remaining flutes from bowl on the chicken

    Little olive oil

    Step 15

    Generous portion of salt

    400 degrees for an hour & 15 minutes

    Remove chicken

    Place in bowl

    Take out fat from oven tray

    Step 20

    Add half a cup of chicken broth to oven tray

    Step 21

    Mix with burned onions

    Step 22

    Pore the oven tray threw (not sure how its called in English) squzze out all the juices from onion

    Add salt

    Step 24

    Half a lemon

    Hazelnut oil ( 2 spoons)

    Pore juices from resting chicken

    Mix

    Step 28

    Cut chicken

    What ever is left on the Brest plate chop up to make shredded meat

    Put some spinach & the shredded meat in a serving plate and pour some of the sauce on top

    Pour some sauce on the chicken. That's it .)
