  • Measuring spoon
  • Coffee grinder
  • French press coffee maker
  • Timer
  • Pot (to boil water)
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Supplies

    Step 2

The proportions: 2 tablespoon coffee per every 6 fl oz water

    Step 3

Boil the water! (For best tasting coffee use distilled water)

    Step 4

Pour Coffee beans into the grinder!

    Step 5

Coarsely ground the coffee beans! Fine grind can clog the filter!

    Step 6

Pour the ground coffee into the glass beaker!

    Step 7

Add the proportional amount of water!

    Step 8

Stir with a wooden spoon or a stick! (a metal spoon might chip or crack your precious coffee maker!)

    Step 9

Place the plunger unit on top of the pot and set your timer for 4 minutes!

    Step 10

Wait... Patience is the key to great coffee!

    Step 11

Ding! 4 minutes is up! Hold the pot firmly with the spout opening away, then gently press down the plunger!

    Step 12

For a stronger brew, let it sit for a couple of minutes more! Otherwise go ahead and pour!

    Step 13

I present to you French press coffee! You will definitely appreciate the taste and smell cause none of the natural oil and flavor was filtered out by a paper filter!

    Step 14

    Enjoy!
