This is all you need! So simple, yet so delicious. 😻
Melt your butter completely.
Crack three eggs into a blender. Add your melted butter along with them.
Now add your milk, flour, and salt to the blender as well.
Scrape down the sides to get that flour blended evenly.
Blend again! When done, it should look like this. With little bubbles at the top!
Pour your batter into a large bowl and give it a stir. While pouring, be sure to get all the batter you can. A little goes a long way with crêpes, and you want to make the most of their deliciousness.
Wrap it up and let it sit for one hour.
Time to cook! Spray a skillet with non-stick.
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan. Make it thin by moving the pan around and letting the batter cover more.
This is how to flip a crêpe. It takes way less time to cook than a pancake, because of how thin it is.
Roll it up! I like putting peanut butter inside it and sprinkling sugar on top.
Cut in half.
I got 11 crêpes from this recipe. French class will be happy! 😸 p. s. Try crêpes with Nutella!!
