How to Make Fool Proof Chcolate Cupcakes

These cupcakes are the product of many test runs, and tries! And finally, perfection! Give them a chance, foolproof, simple, and deliciously moist! Feel free to comment any questions! 😊

Supplies

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • ½ Teaspoons Baking soda
  • ½ Teaspoons Salt
  • ½ Cups Cocoa powder unsweetened
  • ¾ Cups 2% milk heated
  • ¾ Cups Conola oil
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 Egg
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Whisk together 1 cup flour, and 1/2 tsp each baking soda, and salt

    Step 2

    Whisk 1/2 cup cocoa powder in a bowl

    Step 3

    Poor 3/4 cup heated milk(hot but not boiling I put it in the microwave for 1:15 seconds) over the cocoa powder!

    Step 4

    Whisk until smooth!

    Step 5

    Beat in 1 cup sugar, and 3/4 cup Conola oil, add 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla extract.

    Step 6

    Stir in dry ingredients until completely smooth!

    Step 7

    Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit!

    Step 8

    Look at those perfect little domes!
