Mix all the ingredients together (except extra 2 table spoon of flour). If you don't have Manteca, you can substitute it with vegetable or olive oil.
The dough should feel like this. If it's too sticky, you could always add more flour and if it's to dry, add more water.
Leave it inside the plastic bag for 15-20 min:
Roll and divide the dough into few pieces.
Placed 2 tablespoon of flour in a container. Flour the surface and this how I roll the tortilla (don't worry, the first time I made it, the tortilla has a weird shape too 😉)
Heat up the pan and Oil Manteca on the pan.
Place rolled tortilla dough on he pan.
First try the shape is not as round as I expected, but it still taste yummy. Enjoy😊
