Grill the fish Til they cooked and a bit dry and then shop it' put in the bowl
Mixed parsley, spring onion ,dry chili, rice powder in the bowl
Add lime juice
Add fish sauce
Mixed all together taste it what flavor u like, if u don't want spicy not need to put chili in
Set up on your plate serve with fresh vegi as snake beans, cabbages or lettuces...
