Turn on the oven at 225 C.
Crumble the stock cube in an oven dish.
Add the cream..
..and 1 tbsp pesto.
Season the salmon fillets with salt & pepper...
..and add them to the oven dish.
Crumble the feta cheese..
..and mix the cheese with the yogurt.
Add the remaining pesto and stir.
Add the feta cheese yogurt on top of the salmon fillets.
Use the back of a spoon to cover the fillets.
Grate the parmesan cheese and sprinkle it on top of the dish.
Cook in the oven for about 15 min.
Serve with rice or pasta and a salad or something green.
