How to Make Feta & Basil Patties With Root Veggies & Tzatziki

Thanks to the yogurt these patties are very moist and flavorful!

Supplies

  • 1 Kilogram Ground Beef
  • 10 Fresh basil leaves (at least)
  • 150 Grams Feta cheese
  • 150 Milliliters Cooking yogurt
  • 50 Milliliters Water
  • 2 Teaspoons Potato flour
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Black pepper
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Put the meat in a bowl.

    Step 2

    Add basil.

    Step 3

    Also add crumbled feta cheese, yogurt, water, black pepper, potato flour and the garlic.

    Step 4

    Mix well.

    Step 5

    Form the meat into patties of preferred sizes.

    Step 6

    Heat up a skillet, add some butter. Fry the patties until golfen brown.

    The patties are ready to serve!
