Mix two scoops of protein/meal replacement powder, with an egg white.I use CNP because It has CLA, Green Tea and thickener, but you can really use any as long as it has thickeners or it's casein/soy.
Mix, and add water to get the consistency you like - the thicker, the cakier, the thinner, the more crêpe-like...
Add a pinch of baking soda/powder.
Cook in the non-stick pan on 80%. Flip when brown.
Eat. Or save until later if you can resist the temptation of strawberry-filled aromas drifting throughout your house/apartment...:)
