How to Make Fast Vegan Ice Cream

You can be eating this in less than 45 minutes


  • 1 ½ Cups Unsweetened Almond milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 Ripe bananas
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Mix 2 Tbs of sugar with 2 Tbs of cocoa and 1/2 cup of the almond milk. Put the mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds

    Step 2

    Blend the heated sugar, almond milk, and cocoa powder together well

    Step 3

    Peel 2 ripe bananas and break them into pieces. Put the pieces into a blender.

    Step 4

    Add 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk to the blender

    Step 5

    Pour in the cocoa, sugar, almond milk mixture and blend it all together until it's nice and smooth. Pour the mixture into an ice cream machine for about 25 minutes or until it's thickened.

    Step 6

    Serve it up! Warning: this should be eaten as soon as it's done (this is generally what happens anyway). Stored in the freezer for any length of time it will get rock hard.
