How to Make Fast Healthy Pancakes

Step 1

Here's the ingredients that you're gonna need.

First you're gonna measure 1 cup of milk/ 200 ml.

Then add it to a small bowl.

Next you're gonna measure 1 cup of oatmeal.

And again, add it to the bowl.

Step 6

Now you have to peel 2 bananas.

Step 7

Cut them now into small pieces like in the picture :-)

Add them to the bowl.

Step 9

Mix it now all together with eventually a fork, just like I did.

Step 10

If you want your pancakes to be extra crispy you can add 1 egg, but it's not necessary :-)

Then add it and mix it together with the dough.

The pancakes can be a little hard to get of the pan, so if you dont want that then jut add a little margarine.

Then let it melt.

Step 14

And spread it out if possible like you see in the picture.

You only need a small spoon for the dough if you want your pancakes to be as American pancakes :-)

Here I just add the dough in the center of the pan.

The heat should be almost as hot as it can be, mine was for an example on 7 where the highest is 9.

Don't forget to flip the pancakes, it's okay if the pancakes aren't 100% baked inside, you should just make sure that they have been heaten up inside so you won't get salmonella.
