How to Make Energy Bars

Supplies

  • 2 Cups Homemade granola
  • ¾ Cups Nuts
  • ¾ Cups Cranberries
  • 2 Tablespoons Wheat flour
  • ½ Cups Pumpkin seeds
  • ⅓ Cups Honey
  • ½ Teaspoons Salt
  • ½ Cups Applesauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon Flax seed meal
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Add granola

    Step 2

    Nuts, chop

    Step 3

    Whole wheat flour

    Step 4

    Pumpkin seeds

    Step 5

    Honey

    Step 6

    Salt and vanilla

    Step 7

    Flax seed meal

    Step 8

    Cranberries, and applesauce, mix all together

    Step 9

    Line pan 8x8 with foil and spray (or use oil and flour)

    Step 10

    Add to foil and press bake at 300 for 45-60 mins

    Step 11

    Cool

    Step 12

    Put onto cutting board

    Step 13

    Cut into 18 pieces
