How to Make Egyptian Brioche

Supplies

  • 500 Grams Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Yeast
  • ⅛ Teaspoons Salt
  • ¾ Cups Oil
  • ¾ Cups Warm milk
  • ¾ Cups Sugar
  • 2 Small eggs
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Add all ingredient together in the mixer and mix them 5 min

    Step 2

    To become sticky and chewy like the picture

    Step 3

    Put the dough in floury bowl

    Step 4

    Cover the bowl by a plastic foil and put the bowl in a warm place ( the dough needs a long time to become double at least 2 hours )

    Step 5

    After the dough becomes double in size mix it again

    Step 6

    And then bring the dough back to the bowl again

    Step 7

    Cover it and put it in a warm place again

    Step 8

    It needs one hour to become double in size

    Step 9

    And begin to form a dough

    After finished all shapes cover them and leave them to double in size

    Add the vanilla to one egg and mix well

    Put it in the medium heat oven about 15 min or when becomes brown
