How to Make Eggrolls

Supplies

  • Ground beef or cubed chicken breast
  • Diced onion
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Shredded cheese - any flavor
  • Soy sauce
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil
  • Minced garlic
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Cook beef or chicken until well done with diced onion and minced garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Can also add some of the soy and teriyaki while cooking.

    Step 2

    Mix the well done ground beef with the shredded cabbage and cheese. Add soy and teriyaki sauce to flavor. But not too much, don't want excess liquid.

    Step 4

    Get egg roll wrappers.

    Step 5

    Place a big spoonful of the meat, cheese, and cabbage mixture on center of egg roll wrapper.

    You can follow directions on back of egg roll wrapper to properly roll them.

    Step 8

    Place egg rolls into deep fryer 2-4 minutes or until golden brown.

    Step 9

    Remove from oil and place in a paper towel lined pan or bowl to catch the draining grease.
