How to Make Eggplant Lasagna

  • ½ kilograms Tomato sauce (ready to use)
  • 3 Eggplants
  • 400 Grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 350 Grams Ham
  • 50 Grams Grated cheese
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Slice your eggpants and put them in salted cold water for 5 minutes

    Step 2

    Dry them with a paper and grill them to soften (no oil needed)

    Step 3

    Spread a little of the tomato sauce and put the eggplants in a oven proof dish

    Step 4

    Add the ham. I like to shred it first because its easier to serve this way.

    Step 5

    Add the cheese.

    Step 6

    And the Tomato sauce. Repeat until the tray is filled.

    Step 7

    Top it off with tomato sauce and the grated cheese. Cover it with aluminum foil. Now oven for around 45 minutes at 365F or 180C. Enjoy!
