How to Make Eggless Chocolate Muffin

Supplies

  • ¾ Cups All purpose flour
  • 2 ½ Tablespoons Coco powder(I use Unsweeted)
  • ½ Teaspoons Baking soda
  • ½ Cups Sugar(I use sweetener+granulated sugar)
  • ¼ Teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ Cups Oil (I use vegetable oil)
  • ½ Cups Cold water
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon juice/vinegar
  • 1 scope Mocha Cappuccino protein powder
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Pre heat the oven 375F. In first bowl sieve flour, coco powder and baking soda together and then mixing salt+sugar+protein powder

    Step 2

    Another bowl mix oil, cold water and vanilla extract. Mix well.

    Step 3

    Mix the dry and wet ingredients together. I mix wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix well.

    Step 4

    Add lemon juice/vinegar in the batter and then spoon the batter to the muffin liners in the baking tray.

    Step 5

    Baking for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Better keep checking after 17-20 minutes. I baked for 17 minutes. Cool down the muffins on the wire rack.
