Season chops to your liking. I used Sazon from the brand Goya. Season salt & black pepper. Then dice up your meat.
Heat oil in pan. Cut onion into rings then throw into the pan.
Drop your meat in after onions are a little brown.
I added half a tiny cap full of liquid smoke. That's optional tho. A few splashes of Worcester sauce will also do (optional as well)
Once meat is brown and cooked all the way Scoop out of the pan.
Heat some tortillas in the same pan.
Scoop meat into hot tortillas. I didn't realize I had no more sour cream until I was done cooking =( .So make sure you have your favorite taco topping. And don't forget the Jalapeño =D Hope you enjoy.
