Here are some ingredients you can use for your stir fry, but you can mix it up however you want.
First cook your ramen noodles (use 2 ramen portions) according to the package directions. Pour into a strainer and run cold water over them to stop the cooking. Set aside.
Heat sesame oil over medium heat and add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp grated ginger, 2 c broccoli florets, 1 c sliced carrots and 1 sliced onion. Saute for a few minutes.
Add 3 tbsp tamari and 2 tbsp mirin and stir, cover the pot and let cook for a few minutes until the broccoli is fork tender.
While the veggies are cooking, sear your (1/2 lb) steak over medium heat in a pan for 4 minutes on each side (medium rare). When finished let rest on a cutting board for 5 minutes before cutting.
Slice the steak thinly on a bias.
Now add your steak (along with the juices) and cooked noodles to the pan. You can also add 2 tbsp of toasted sesame oil and 1 tbsp coconut vinegar now. Stir to combine.
With a pair of tongs dish out stir fry into 2-3 bowls (depending how hungry you are!) then sprinkle with gomasio or sesame seeds. Enjoy!
