How to Make Easy Snack Wraps

This is a easy, simple, and healthy wrap that can be included into your meals. Many of the needed nutrients that should be included into our everyday diet can be obtained from consuming this simple wrap. Macromolecules, such as fat from the cream cheese, protein from the turkey, and carbohydrates from the tortilla and vegetables can help to provide us with a healthy diet.


  • 1 Package of whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 Head of the lettuce
  • 1 Herb and Garlic cream cheese
  • 1 Cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 Pack of pre-sliced turkey
  • ½ Cups Shredded Cheese
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Before starting: Tie up all loose hair. Wash your hands and wear disposable gloves.

    Step 2

    Gather all your ingredients

    Step 3

    Wash both the carrots and lettuce. Then cut them into shreds and dry them off. You don't want the wrap to be wet and soggy.

    Step 4

    Spread one table spoon of Herb and Garlic cream cheese onto one tortilla

    Step 5

    Place about one and half handful of lettuce onto the tortilla. You may change the amount depending on your preference.

    Step 6

    Place less than half a handful of carrots on top of the lettuce.

    Step 7

    Place two slices of turkey breast on top of the lettuce and carrots.

    Step 8

    Sprinkle shredded cheese onto the turkey breast.

    Step 9

    Fold the ends inwards and start to roll up the wrap!

    Step 10

    Cut the wrap into two.

    Step 11

    Enjoy the end result!
