How to Make Easy Raw Mexican Soup

  • 1 Large avocado
  • 2 Celery stalks
  • 10 heirloom tomatoes
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 Jalepeno
  • 1 Corn off the cob
  • 1 Cup Macadamia nuts
  • 1 Juice of lemon
  • Desired Mexican spices
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Take your ingredients and blend them in a vitamix or blender. Leave a few chunks for texture.

    Step 2

    Warm slowly on low heat on stovetop, and add desired spices.
