How to Make Easy Peanut Butter Granola

Perfect for breakfast or diet snack. High in protein fiber vitamin and minerals.

Supplies

  • 2 ½ Cups Rolled oats
  • ¼ Cups Honey
  • ¼ Cups Peanut butter
  • ¼ Cups Chopped nuts
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Put out the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 140c or 270f

    Step 2

    Add peanut butter to honey

    Step 3

    Nuke for 35 secs

    Step 4

    Stir to combine

    Step 5

    Add the chopped nuts to oats

    Step 6

    Pour the liquid ingredient over the top

    Step 7

    Toss them together and spread on parchment lined baking tray. I like using pizza pan for the job. Leave some parchment hanging for the ease of transferring.

    Step 8

    Put in the oven bake for 15 mins.

    Step 9

    Stir thru and put back in the oven for another 15-20 mins.

    Step 10

    Lift the parchment and cool the pan-less granola on a rack

    Step 11

    Once completely cool it will crisp up. Keep in airtight container. Last for a week if not all gone in 10 seconds.
