How to Make Easy No-Knead Pumpkin Bread

This is the brother bread of "Easy 4 Ingredient No-Knead Bread". It is just as simple, and perhaps even more delicious! Just think fresh sandwiches with a slice of homemade Pumpkin bread? Yes please!

Supplies

  • 3 Cups Bread flour
  • ½ Teaspoons Yeast
  • ½ Teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin canned
  • ¾ Cups Cool water
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Sift together dry ingredients!

    Step 2

    Combine water and pumpkin! Mix well.

    Step 3

    Make a well in dry ingredients, stir in pumpkin mixture. Until well mixed, and still sticky to touch.

    Step 4

    Cover with plastic wrap and let rise overnight! Here it is!

    Step 5

    Gently form a loaf on a floured surface. :)

    Step 6

    Pre heat your Dutch oven for 15 min in the oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Then pull it out, and cover the bottom with steel cut oats.

    Step 7

    Place your dough inside, and bake for 30 minutes with the lid on, and then remove the lid and bake for 10 more minutes.

    Step 8

    Wait an hour (or be impatient like me and don't wait!!) hee hee and then cut it open! And spread some fresh butter on it!
