I take my banana or any fruits that you like. Make sure they are dry before putting them on the crepe otherwise it will be soggy. Do not use frozen fruits it won't taste same.

I fold it like a burrito. Take the right side over to the middle, then take the bottom towards top about 1/3rd way and then take the left side to close. Flip it over.
