Slice your bell peppers. I used red, green and orange.
Chop up your white onion, add it to the peppers. Mix well and make sure it covers the bottom evenly.
Add your pound of chicken breast on top. I cut the fat off, you don't have to though.
Put the fajita seasoning on top, don't mix!
Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
Half way, break the chicken up some. I added a 1/2 cup of water at this point, you don't have to.
End. I drained some of the water/juices out.
Eat on a flour tortilla or a hard shell taco; Add sour cream, cheese, lettuce, and etc. Enjoy! 🍹
